De meeste Qigong oefeningen combineren langzame bewegingen met een rustige ademhaling en een geconcentreerde geest. Deze bewegingen zorgen ervoor dat ons lichaam soepel blijft en dat de Qi vrij door het hele lichaam kan stromen.<\/p>\n<p>De \u2018Lift Qi Up Pour Qi Down Methode\u2019 is de basisoefening van Zhineng Qigong. Bij de oefening wordt de energie in het lichaam opnieuw verdeeld. De energiebanen (meridianen) in het lichaam openen zich, waardoor de kwaliteit en kwantiteit van de interne Qi wordt verbeterd. De essentie is het aantrekken en naar beneden laten stromen van Qi. Het aantrekken van Qi is een voorbereiding op het laten stromen van Qi.<\/p>\n<p>De bewegingen van de Lift Qi Up Pour Qi Down oefening zijn zacht, langzaam en eenvoudig. Je beoefent het eerste niveau van de dynamische methoden van Zhineng Qigong. De kenmerken van deze methode: beweging en aandacht mobiliseren de Qistroom in het lichaam. Je leidt de inwendige Qi naar buiten (loslaten) en je verzamelt uitwendige Qi in het lichaam (opnemen).
